Brokers and real estate agents can receive special rates for multiple listings.

The first Deluxe Listing is $100.  Additional Deluxe Listings are $50 each (a 50% savings).  Maximum 10 listings per office.  Listings are good for 1 year.

To sign up for a broker account, simply fill out the form with your first Deluxe Listing and check off the box that says "I am a Broker/Agent"  and then check the box saying "Sign Me Up for a Broker Account".  For additional listings, you use the same form, but you would check off the box that says "I already have an account".  The discounted price for the additional listing(s) will be reflected on your invoice.  LIST YOUR PROPERTIES NOW.

GOLD SERVICE - if you do not already have broker accounts with the top commercial real estate sites, we can get your properties listed for you.  Just ask us how.

BROKER DIRECTORY
For more advertising exposure, sign up for our Broker Directory ($200 per year) to help potential buyers and sellers find you.  Just e-mail us your contact information and a brief description of your company and we will add you to our Directory.  Payment is accepted by check or online by credit card (American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or PayPal).
