Basic Listing $50
Get listed on our website with a brief description of your property and your contact information (or your real estate agent's contact information). Prospective buyers will call or email you directly. Listing is good for one year.
Deluxe Listing $100
Get listed on our website with a brief description of your property with a photo, plus a link to a page with more details and up to 7 additional photos. Inquiries will be received by Lodging America and forwarded to you or your agent. In addition, we will keep track of the number of inquiries you receive. Listing is good for one year.
Featured Listing - have your property prominently displayed on the top of our Browse Listings page for one month, available for an additional $100 for the month as long as space is available. Deluxe Listings only. Just call or e-mail us to request a Featured Listing.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
After choosing the type of listing you would like from above, you may select any or all of the following additional services (optional):
Superior Commercial Services $600
This service is $600 for up to 6 months and saves you 50%. We will list your property on 4 of the major commercial real estate websites, giving you even more national exposure. Because we have broker accounts with these sites, we are able to list you at 1/2 the amount it would cost you to do it on your own, and we do all the listing work for you. And since we are a listing service and not your hired broker, you do not pay us any commissions if you find a buyer through this service. When an interested party finds you on one of the major listing websites, we send you the contact information and either you or your agent handles the rest. Renewals after 6 months are available at a discount.
Printable Flyer $50
Most real estate agents or MLS sites will provide printable versions of your listing. And if you choose to have us create a website for you (see above), a printable brochure is available on your site. However, if you do not have this option available to you and would like us to create a flier for your property, we will be happy to do this for you. You will receive a PDF document of the flier e-mailed to you. You can print it out as well as e-mail it to others.
Valuation Services - please call us
